This spot is a whole in the wall. Always on point with the food I order. I recommend the bunker burrito or the pollo asado torta with chipotle sauce... it's fire.

This spot is a hidden gem. It is located at a gas station and does not have any seating. However the food here is amazing. The flavor of the meats here hit the spot and the folks serving the food are kind and friendly. I personally like the carne asada fries or the rolled tacos here. I would recommend this spot to others..

If you are looking for the best tasting, best priced & biggest burrito in San Diego along with the best customer service from the homeboys at this location then this is the place for you. Don't be discouraged because it's at a gas station, Try the California hash my personal favorite. Their salsas are second to none. Órale aye! Sorry guys this is to go only if you need a drink just buy it from them it's cheaper then going inside the gas station. Enjoy!
Fell in love with the California Surfin burrito at a catered event several years ago. This burrito put me on surf n turf and I've been chasing something similar ever since. Finally came back to taste the sweet deliciousness of those one-of-a-kind bouncy, grilled shrimps on a bed of carne asada, fries, and plentiful guacamole. It was beautiful. A little red salsa goes a long way, but they're generous if you ask for more. Don't let the fact it's operating on the side of a car wash/gas station deter you. It's a safe area (edge of la jolla) on a large lot. Clean kitchen from what I can see. And behind the little counter window, there's super kind staff. It's to-go only as far as I can tell, but that's part of the fun. You can take the burritos out with you on a hike up Torrey Pines, just a 10 min drive away, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Recommend it to all my friends visiting SD.
This taco shop is such a hidden gem. Price is great, portion is large, flavors are bold. Food is prepared fresh. I've tried their fish tacos, seafood tacos, cabeza (crispy and delicious), adobada, plates and was always satisfied. Service is also fast. No seating available as it's just to-go.

If you're getting your car serviced at any of the multitude of auto shops along this strip and find yourself hungry, this is the place to go! I didn't see any other dining options besides the gas station in the area, so I was thrilled to discover that I could get a breakfast burrito big enough to feed a family of four for under $10. It's a walk-up window taco stand connected to the gas station. They have the nicest workers, but don't serve coffee, you need to grab a coffee inside the gas station, where the staff are also incredibly friendly. From now on, every time I get my car washed across the driveway or have my tires serviced at Discount Tire, this is where I'll be coming for some delicious food!
